Job Description

Do you have exceptional customer service skills and looking for a permanent role where you can really demonstrate your skillsHere at SSCL, were on the lookout for a number of Recruitment administrators to assist our busy team supporting our high-profile Government clients.Day to day, this role will include tasks such as, recruitment campaign administration, pre-employment checks such as clearances, address and employment history, processing contracts of employment, chasing outstanding information and inputting informationonto the various internal systems. You will also be the first point of contact for the team, resolving inbound queries over the phone or email, therefore excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are key for this role.This is a 9month FTC position within the Day team.What youll be doing:

  • Processing administration work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts
  • Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output
  • Resolve inbound queries over the phone or email, escalate as necessary and log if appropriate
  • To schedule and prioritise allocated work every day
  • To assist in the production of standard management information and month end reports as required
  • Support with additional adhoc tasks when required
What youll bring:
  • Strong administration experience, ideally within a shared service environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team/virtual team or other structured environment
  • IT skills - Microsoft Office (Excel (basic formulas), Word, Outlook), emailing, web chats
  • Strong customer service skills showing empathy, diligence and care when dealing with queries
  • Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Takes pride in delivering a high quality, high accuracy tasks under strict deadlines
  • Think on your feet - There will always be things that will come up that will be new to you
  • Accurate and timely delivery of tasks coupled with excellent organisational skills
  • Customer facing telephone and call handling skills
It would be great if you had
  • Previous experience working within recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of SOP / Oleeo system
  • Experience of high-volume processing
