Job Description

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for your next challenge Or are you an experienced administrator looking to expand your knowledge and specialise in a finance sector If so, this could be a great role for you!As Payroll Administrator you will assist in the processing payroll, be responsible for defined core administrative, operational, and technical activities, you will provide a range of straightforward, routine services. If you enjoy building relationshipsand delivering high quality results on time, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!Our newly refurbed office offers free onsite parking. The role is hybrid meaning 2 days in the office 3 days from home offering the flexibility to suit your life! Our office is equipped with high tech coffee machines and other free perks such as tea, breakfastitems (cereals and fruit) and lots more. We really go above and beyond to ensure our staff are looked after.What you will be doing:

  • Providing support for the claiming of adhoc payments and changes to deductions e.g. overtime, on call, amending union subscriptions.
  • Responding to queries in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, or portal as per the service level.
  • Taking ownership of calls and either transferring to the relevant department or escalating where necessary.
  • Responding/correcting any MyCSP interface errors as well as adhering to SSCL standards and recognised good practices
  • Responding to Solicitors requests for information for Officers payroll.
  • Manual data entry/checking for overtime, and other amendments as required.
  • Providing support to the Staff and Officers payroll team when required.

  • CIPP qualified or equivalent
