Job Description

Are you customer focused with good problem management skills If you also have an interest or experience in IT, then this IT Support Analyst role can see you join an experienced team who manage PSOP Applications to manage client user queries, give adviceand complaint handling and maintaining user access and system configuration.If you are an outstanding and highly motivated individual with passion and desire to contribute to the positive reputation of our business, we would love to hear from you!This exciting role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. Working a hybrid pattern, three days from home and two days from our Newport office located in NP10. We offer great career progression opportunities, and our Flexible 3% fund which can be taken as a cashequivalent of up to £675.What you will be doing:

  • Process work : could include making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries, taking messages or processing transactions
  • Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a quality output
  • Resolve queries and escalate
  • Schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis
  • Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups
  • Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually
  • Support line management on any additional admin
  • Liaise with internal/external clients
  • Print/post data/reports/invoices daily
  • Maintain records for audit purposes
  • Ensure deadlines are met
What youll bring:
  • Current or previous experience in a 1st line support analyst role or similar
  • General experience of IT preferred but not essential
  • Good analytical skills and a systematic approach
  • Strong customer service background.
