Leading a proactive service level management approach, supporting the right first-time emphasis,along with excellent customer service and in line with agreed service levels with business leaders.As an IT Service Manager, you have the responsibility for the delivery of all IT services, whether they are supported and provisioned from internal or external basis (SOP service provided by external partners or SSCL Infrastructure service given by SSCLIT to approximately 3,000 SSCL colleagues).You must be willing to work within an out of hours SSCL IT escalation rota, "on-call" approximately one week in seven.
