Job Description

Do you have leadership skills that you wish to utilise supporting a new team on a new and challenging projectWe are keen to bring in an Evening Process Team Leader, who will be responsible for supervising a team of eight, supporting and guiding them in making outbound calls to MET police applicants supporting them through the enrolment process, keeping candidateswarm and booking them onto assessments.The role will include manging and allocating work loads and answering questions and queries from your team. This role offers progression opportunities supported by your line manager.This is a hybrid working role with Monday and Thursdays in the office and the rest of the week from home. The hours are set at 16:00-22:00. What you will be doing:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of eight as well as encouraging communications.
  • Allocating team work and ensuring this meets agreed timescales, processes, quality, and service levels.
  • Updating and maintaining data base systems and documentation.
  • Identifying and managing improvements within our area.
  • Complying with regulatory requirements where applicable and collecting/providing statistical data and reports as required.
  • Leading the planning implementation, in order to ensure the availability of required staff members.
What youll bring:
  • A strong Customer Services skillset with the ability to engage with internal and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of an ERP system or similar
  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • The ability to manage a small budget (FTEs, overtime) as well as set and achieve performance targets.

  • Previous Management experience
  • Public Sector knowledge.
