Job Description

Pensions and Exits team are looking for a customer focused individual to provide a bespoke customer service experience to employees going through their retirement. What youll be doing:

  • Liaising on behalf of the employee with the civil service pension provider and third-party teams to ensure a smooth transition into retirement.
  • Lead the end to end pension process, from first initial contact with the employee to the final stage of the process.
  • Contacting employees and third party suppliers through email, letters and telephone providing communications at each stage of the retirement process.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service via telephone and email.
  • Manage large amounts of data and process information that is communicated in an effective manner across teams.
What youll bring:
  • Deliver a high-quality customer service in a professional manner, creating trust and confidence.
  • Administration experience and able to prioritise own workload.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft packages.
  • A positive, flexible attitude & a desire to help customers.
