Job Description

Have you got experience in customer service either face to face or within a contact centre and looking for a new, exciting challenge If so, read on...We are currently looking to expand our team and recruit a number of Customer Service Specialist. You will be working in our fast paced and multi-client Customer Contact Centre and be the first point of contact for all queries regarding Finance (AccountsPayable, Procurement and Accounts Receivable). As part of the role you will handle incoming calls, dealing with general queries over phone or email, giving advice on policies, taking payments for invoices or expenses for our clients and employees and a rangeof other tasks.The ability to communicate effectively, with strong written and verbal communication is essential. We arent necessarily looking for a long list of experience but some understanding of what it takes to work in a busy fast paced environment would be great!If you have initiative and drive... this could be the role for you!Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming/outgoing calls in line with current service level agreements
  • Respond to all emails and internal service requests in line with current service level agreements.
  • Use the Oracle Based system to provide an accurate and timely response, or escalate queries where applicable.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, comments, feedback and complaints.
  • Be customer focused at all times and highlight any improvements opportunities
  • Work as part of a strong team to deliver results during peak times
  • Work with multi clients and understand their varying needs and systems
Required skillsYou need to have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Articulate & able to develop good working relationships with colleagues & clients
  • Able to use initiative & exercise sound judgement.
  • Good Microsoft IT and computer skills
It would be great if you did have
  • Customer facing telephone and call handling skills
  • Previous experience working in a Contact Centre environment
