Job Description

Are you looking for a fantastic new position as a Customer Service Advisor We are recruiting positive individuals with a passion for customer care to take on this new role in Newport.Red is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent client as they embark on a new campaign in Newport.   • Previous experience working in a Contact Centre or Call Centre environment
  • Strong customer facing telephone and call handling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to use initiative and a strong work ethic
  • Good computer literacy, using functions such as Microsoft IT
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Answering all inbound or outbound calls in a professional and helpful manner
  • Responding to customer email enquiries and internal service requests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Taking ownership of customer queries, feedback and complaints, and escalating queries where necessary
  • Being customer focused at all times and highlighting any improvement opportunities
  • Working as part of a strong team to deliver results to a variety of clients
Package and benefits of a Customer Service Advisor:
  • Salary: £21,000 per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working shifts between Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm
  • Location: fantastic office space in Newport
