Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join one of our Contact Centre teams to act first point contact for HR and Payroll related enquires. You will provide a world class service to one of our government agency clients, working alongsidea team of like minded professional advisors. Together the team will offer guidance and support via the telephone and emails.This hybrid role will be home based Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and office based Thursday and Friday.What youll be doing:

  • Log and investigate HR and Payroll queries
  • Collaborating closely with SSCL delivery areas to resolve any complaints
  • Raise and flag complex queries as necessary (i.e. to a team leader/manager)
  • Schedule and prioritise allocated work every day
  • Resolve queries within an agreed SLA time period
  • Identify root cause and suggest areas of improvement
