Job Description

Who we are and what we can offer you:As an Arrears Executive within our Commercial team, your role will be to maximise arrears collections on behalf of our clients in accordance with pre-determined policies and proceduresTreating Customers Fairly is a central part of the Financial Conduct Authority retail regulatory regime and an integral part of this role.Duties include:

  • Undertaking arrears collection activities on commercial client portfolios
  • Commercial clients could include open and closed portfolios and a diverse product range.
The team are led by a Team Leader and Expert who will be there to provide ongoing support in the form of regular 121s, huddles and coaching sessions. Youll receive regular feedback on your contribution to our customer journey. The team are hardworking andpassionate about making Target a great place to work. Youre someone who has:
  • Financial Service experience ideally within a commercial/B2B environment OR
  • 12 months customer service experience in a lending environment OR
  • Arrears experience within utilities or telecoms
