Hybrid Tue, Wed, Thur in office. Mon & Fri working from home.12 month temporary contract. The role will not go permanent.Working hours are 8am to 4pm, as you will be dealing with Europe.The role is very much customer facing (via telephone). Day to day is quite transactional. You will also be managing customer expectations in terms of delivery of chemicals, sending confirmations, resolving delivery or quality issues, with the assistanceof the team.Customer OperationsDay to Day support on End to End order entry and issue resolution.Order PlacementExecuting order changesEntering Customer contractsResolving late deliveriesPGC compliance support - Part of FLOW resource to own daily creation of Certificate of Analysis (CoA)Tracking - support track and trendSpecific Skills requiredGood Telephone skills.Excel SkillsSAP Experience preferred
