We are searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, taking the lead on our Leadership and Talent Management portfolio. As an award winning Trust, committed to caring for, and developing our people we need a leader with a proven track record of providing leadership development opportunities. This may range from planning, delivering and evaluating in-house leadership programmes, influencing external providers when commissioning bespoke programmes to working with individuals to coach and mentor them as part of our talent management programmes. This portfolio also encompasses our Apprenticeship portfolio as we see this as a significant part of our talent management offer; you will need to have knowledge and experience of apprenticeships as you will be managing the Apprenticeship manager and their team who deliver apprenticeships to our own workforce and commission standards to support specialty areas.You need to have attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and have the passion to work with our team to deliver on results and nurture our workforce to be the very best.
