Job Description

About the RoleReporting to the Head of Customer and Compliance, this role is responsible for driving positive engagement and building partnerships to ensure alignment with Digital and Technology Customers. The role will contribute to the Digital and Technology Strategy,ensuring alignment with Customer expectations and being the central point of contact into Digital and Technology for functional areas of the business. This role will directly contribute to the highest levels of customer experience, performance, reputationand advocacy, building a positive partnership between Digital and Technology and the wider organisation.About YouHaving the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will have the ability to analyse management information and data in order to perform trend analysis and have the confidence to present data whilst showing your strong commercial & businessacumen.You will have a commitment to continuous improvement and identifying process improvements and driving these forward, with experience of technology environments and ability to understand a range of technology systems. It is important that you have experienceof building partnerships with customers and suppliers, ideally within the financial services or managed services provision sector but not essential.With the ability to quickly absorb and understand complex technical situations under pressure you are expected to be good at working with stakeholders, whether immediate team, internal IT support teams or external clients and auditors.
