About the RoleReporting to the IT Services Director, the Head of IT Delivery is responsible for providing effective leadership and oversight of IT projects and initiatives, through good practice governance aligned with the Enterprise Change framework and methodology.Drive the delivery of key IT capability uplift and the targeted organizational benefits and manage interdependencies, risks, issues and financial performance of all Technology initiatives. You will be responsible for the modernization of deployment practices(Change, Release and Transition management) to deliver a flexible, standards-based approach to implementation.About YouWith strong leadership skills and the confidence to challenge effectively at all levels you will have substantial experience of leading, managing and delivering large scale IT programmes of change.Experience of supporting business areas, providing challenge and guidance whilst working with third parties and external stakeholders.You will have the ability to take complex requirements and develop a coherent change programme so Programme and Project Management methodologies and techniques are desirable.
