An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced technical lead, skilled in the full lifecycle of User Endpoint devices and management technologies, to lead us through an exciting period of technological transformation within the group. You will be responsible for the development and application of technologies for the delivery and continual improvement of endpoint device configuration within a highly regulated environment.As an experienced Configuration Specialist, you will help drive the strategic direction for the selection of user endpoint devices and application configuration, lead the requirements gathering and analysis through market research and develop the roadmap for these technologies to suit an ever changing, dynamic business. Customer experience should always be at the forefront of decision making, to ensure the endpoint estate is supporting our desired business outcomes.Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to tooling and automations, and ensuring the operational support for the full lifecycle is robust and effective.About YouAs an experienced IT professional, you will have experience of gathering business requirements through engagement and can translate these into value led, technology roadmaps. You will be an SME and technical mentor to other IT teams, with a proven ability to upskill and develop the technical capability of others. You will be comfortable with identifying and implementing continual improvement and efficiencies.You will be experienced in customer and stakeholder management, and comfortable working with and managing supplier relationships.A background in working for an organisation that provides managed services to corporate clients would be desired, in addition to knowledge of regulated environments and compliances standards that are typically found within financial services organisations.Essential Technical Capabilities
