Job Description

About the RoleReporting to the Lead Business Analysis, you will complete business analysis activity required to deliver effective business outcomes.Working alongside key business, portfolio and project stakeholders, you will complete investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business process solutions through improvements in systems, information, working practices,procedures and organisational change.Forming part of the wider Business Analysis team, you will be part of our community of best practice and the continual development of our analysis standards in line with the Group Change function.About YouWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will complete analysis activities to deliver effective outcomes. This role will be based in our office at Cobalt Business Park, however as we are currently working from home we have refreshed our approach to recruitment and have outlined a new process of remote selection and on boarding. Upon starting a new rolewith us, we will ensure you are equipped with the correct tools and technologies to enable you to do your best work remotely. Once we are back in the office we will be operating a hybrid approach, with a mixture of office-based and home working.
