They are currently looking for a parts advisor who will play a central role in providing excellent customer service. The right person will be someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment. Someone who shares the same passion as the organisation for customer service and has experience in motor trade parts. You will develop an excellent working knowledge of theproducts using the tools and training provided.Parts Advisors accountabilities include:*Promotes and sells parts and/or services to meet customer needs both face to face and over the phone.*Identifies parts through a variety of catalogue systems to provide quotations for a range of the equipment.*Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.*Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise display within the showroom.*Verifies receipt of incoming shipments*Executes sales parts marketing plans and shares ideas for future campaigns.*Executes telemarketing sales operations.*Maintains control of inventory management, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.*Assists in keeping parts inventory clean, orderly, and well organised.We look for:*Ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions.*Ability to work in a team environment.*Passion and drive for exceeding targets*Ability to work extended hours and weekends.What you can expect:*Company events*Employee discount*Life insurance*On-site parking*sick payFor more information apply today
