Job Description

Rthirteen recruitment are collaborating with a well-established, agricultural service and product supplier to recruit an Agircultural Area Sales Manager to join their team in Coates. This is a field sales role that will involve you developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, generating new leads and dealing with the whole sales cycle.This is an exciting role for a strong sales person with experience working in the groundcare or garden equipment industry. You will have the chance to create new opportunities and build relationships with some fantastic customers.*Please note this role requires travel so a Full UK Driving License will be required* Your duties will include:

  • Developing, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Travelling to site to visit customers and full assess their needs.
  • Achieving set sales performance targets through matching the right products/services to customers.
  • Generating new leads and opportunities for business growth.
  • Working alongside the Finance teams to ensure customers can obtain the right finance package for their needs and purchase.
  • Maintaining up to date product knowledge and conducting demos of new products where necessary to ensure the customer has a full understanding.
  • Ensuring a fantastic customer experience at all times.
  • Ensuring all databases and customer information is kept up to date, in line with GDPR and other legislation.
  • Representing the customer and brand at all times.
  • You will have/be:
  • Previous experience in sales role preferably with experience in the garden equipment or groundscare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A passion for providing a fantastic customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible approach to working - able to work extended hours and weekends.
  • This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. The offered salary for this position is highly competitive dependant on experience plus bonus.
