Job Description

£11.51 p/h in peak £10.51 p/h standard rate + paid overtime (+ shift allowance for night shift)PERMANENT positionsShift pattern - 4ON / 4OFF NIGHTS 7pm - 7amOperations Management

  • To offer support to the operational teams with any Stock administrative duties.
  • Using the customer systems to release & complete orders
  • Accurate performance of stock accuracy checks, providing detailed analysis of results.
  • Completion of daily reporting logs.
  • Interrogation of WMS to complete stock management reporting.
  • Perform daily stock integrity duties to maintain accurate stock position
  • Maintaining Health & Safety in the workplace.
Customer Management
  • To understand the customer ethos and administrative priorities and be conversant with personal targets. This role will be direct customer-facing.
People Management
  • To engage in effective communication and interdepartmental relationships which enhance staff engagement levels acting in line with Clippers code of conduct.
Experience Required
  • Stock Admin experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in writing emails is a must.
  • Customer awareness
  • Working as part of a team
  • Managing own time and activity
  • Knowledge of operating a warehouse management system, ideally Priam systems
  • Microsoft Excel
