Job Description

Are you looking to make a difference in Childrens lives Here is an opportunity for you to work as Qualified Social Worker with Child Protection/Locality Team in Coalville.The rate of pay would be up to £38 per hour.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To be accountable for all Children & Young People that they are allocated, manage caseload so they provide effective and appropriate services in line with legislation, LSCB and Departmental policies and procedures.
  • To attend case review meetings, accepting tasks and activities and attend a range of identified meetings including Core Group Meetings.
  • To undertake social work tasks, ensuring they provide good practice, monitoring their work to ensure statutory requirements are met with regular reporting to the Social Work Manager.
Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.As an ideal candidate, you will need to have:
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working in Children Protection and similar services.
  • Able to drive and hold UK Driving License
