Job Title: Service AdministratorLocation: CoalvilleSalary: £22,000 p/aJob Type: Full Time / PermanentThe RoleWorking as part of the Helpdesk team, supporting the service maintenance renewal function.Duties and responsibilitiesx Provide general admin support to the teamx Effectively deal with customer enquiries and ensure the database is updated with all sales enquiriesx Pursue all maintenance renewal contracts, prepare quotes / contracts and administrate renewal contract orders.x Present key features and benefits of the company, its products & services to obtain opportunitiesx Prepare all RAMS for any new service and maintenance contractsx Process all Service maintenance orders and assist as required with chasing Maintenance quotations for orderx Generate any recent system Installation reports for possible maintenance enquiries and pass to Service Sales Teamx Making regular contact with customers and potential customers over the phone to assist in securing renewal contractsx Ensuring processes are in line with QA work instructions and procedures utilising controlled forms and templatesx Update CRM system to keep auditable recordsx Generate any other reports as requested x Assist where required with fielding telephone enquiries, responding where possible directly or ensuring enquires are dealt with by the most appropriate team memberx Raise orders for Engineers requested over the phonex Any other duties as requiredThe Candidatex Ability to work with attention to detail meeting deadlines where requiredx Good employee relations x Strong influencing and communication skillsx Good planning and organisational skillsx Decision making and using initiativex Proactive and positive in dealing with work matters and othersx Ability to prioritise own workload to achieve objectivesx Keen to take on additional responsibility to develop own skill and experiencex Good/confident telephone mannerx Ability to work under pressure x Team playerx Work towards achieving the highest standards possiblex Receptive to management guidelines and work instructionsx Have a can do attitudeExperiencex Strong customer service skillsx Excellent administration skillsx Excellent computing skills including Microsoft Office packages and ERP/CRM systemsx Order acknowledgements.x Excellent oral and written communication skills.x Pleasant and effective telephone manner.x Experience of exceeding customer expectations.x Experience of corresponding and coordinating with customers to meet business needs.x Excellent time management skills
