Job Description

Job Title: Service AdministratorLocation: Coalville (Mon - Fri 8:30am-5pm Office-based)Salary: £24-26k (doe)The Company:Our client, a company based in Coalville are looking for a Service Administrator, reporting into the Customer Service Manager, to join their team.The Role of Service Administrator:The role of the Service Administrator will work as part of the Helpdesk team, supporting the service maintenance renewal function.Essential Key Skills, Qualification and Experience Required for the Service Administrator Role:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent computing skills including Microsoft Office packages and ERP/CRM systems
  • Order acknowledgements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant and effective telephone manner.
  • Experience of exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience of corresponding and coordinating with customers to meet business needs.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced service delivery environment
  • Experience of preparing renewal quotations
  • Educated to GCSE / A Levels equivalen
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Administrator:
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Handle customer inquiries effectively and maintain a sales database.
  • Pursue maintenance renewal contracts, including the preparation of quotes and contracts, and manage renewal orders.
  • Present the companys key features and benefits, to explore new opportunities.
  • Prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements
  • Process service maintenance orders and assist in following up on maintenance quotations for orders.
  • Generate system installation reports for potential maintenance inquiries and share them with the Service Sales Team.
  • Regular communication with customers and potential clients over the phone.
  • Ensure processes adhere to Quality Assurance work instructions.
  • Initiate orders for engineers as requested via telephone.
