A 3 Month opportunity has arisen for a Roofer within the local authorities in Coalville.We are seeking a motivated person to join our In-House Repairs Team to carry out roofing improvement works to our housing stock across the district. You will be joining a busy team which under takes stripping and replacing property roofs across a diverse range of occupied and vacant properties.Training Required:Working at Height Manual Handling Asbestos Awareness Coshh Training Up to date certificates must be available prior to start date.About the roleThe main aspects of the role include programme management and delivery, preparing briefs and coordinating the process to appoint external consultants as necessary. The job also includes project development and delivery. You will work closely with the Business Improvement District (BID) and other private and public sector town centre stakeholders.You will contribute to related town centre projects e.g. master planning, public realm, and physical infrastructure. You will liaise across the council with property, assets and planning teams. You will regularly report on programme progress including achievements in the town centre.Essential Criteria
