PermanentLocation: Covering West Midlands (Home Based / Field Based) - ideally around Northamptonshire, Reading, Cambridge or Bristol.Salary: £40,000 + Car + Laptop / PhoneWorking Hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)Main Responsibilities of the Project Sales ManagerBe directly responsible for Projects and Trade sales, working with end users, contractors, and architects to ensure we match and specify the correct products.Carry out research to identify new sales opportunities and maintain competitor awarenessBuild and Maintain good and professional working relationships with customers to create an atmosphere that promotes sales.Proactively develop specifications with key specifiers to secure long-term growthMaximise trade business and develop existing local accounts to grow salesEnsure all quotations are monitored and chased in structured manner to close sale and maximise hit rateProduce accurate sales reports and forecasts as requiredProduce Weekly Call Plan and ReportsAlways represent the company in a professional mannerAttend Trade Shows/Exhibitions as requiredAttend Training as requiredExperience and Skills required of the Project Sales ManagerSelf-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work alone and also as a team.A strong, clear communicator both verbally and electronically.Able to demonstrate experience in building products and able to effectively work with Architects, Clients and Main ContractorsOrganised yet flexible with an ability to adapt to changes in workload.Able to demonstrate good working IT skills.Product knowledge preferred but not essential as full training will be given.Closing date is 28.07.2022 To Apply please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on.
