PlastererFull Time3 Month ContractCoalville, LE673FJ£14 P/HWe are currently recruiting a Plasterer in the Coalville area to provide high quality property services within the Housing and Communities team. You will be a key member of this essential team, providing day to day maintenance repairs as well as planned maintenanceprojects. You will also be working with the Property Services Managers to ensure that the unit achieves excellence to all customers, both internal and external. Duties and Responsibilities of Plasterer:* Use your specialist knowledge and experience to establish and maintain best practice in areas of work undertaken by the Property Services Department.* Work compliantly with Health and Safety policy, all relevant Risk Assessments, Site Safety Instructions, and all relevant legislation.* Complete all works requested to a consistently high standard and at an appropriate speed.* Ensure all paperwork is correctly and promptly completed with any detail requested, and that such paperwork is returned to the supervisor or administration section as required.* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring tenants are made aware of works progress, ensuring where possible works are completed on first visit.Requirements:* Full Driving Licence with own transport with business insurance.* Working at height, manual handling and asbestos awareness.* Experience plastering in a housing environment desired.Please apply with your up to date CV for immediate consideration.
