Job Description

Do you have HRMexperience, and are you seeking a new job in Leicestershire Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a precision machine tool manufacturer find anHR Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential for a permanent position, and therolecomes with a salary of £45k to £50k and excellent benefits.The company are experiencing a considerable period of growth which will see them double in size in the next 12 to 18 months with the addition of 40 new staff across all areas of the business. 30 of whom are required in the next 6 months.As an HR Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting th e companys growth efforts through recruitment, selection and onboarding activities. You will also provide the lead on generalist HR duties, including conducting regular reviews and updateson employment legislation and addressing policy accordingly.In your first few weeks in this FTC HR Manager role, you can expect to address these areas:

  • Being primarily responsible for supporting the companys growth efforts through recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities
  • Serving as an employee relations ambassador and establishing professional relationships with managers and employees
  • Advising employees and managers on policy and best practices to maintain and improve performance, behaviours and communication.
To apply for this HR Manager role, you will need to be CIPD-qualified with experience working within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will also require the following:
  • Experience identifying and implementing training and development programmes
  • Experience continuously developing HR systems and processes
  • Experience as an employee-relations ambassador.
