Job Description

Temporary HR Analyst 6-month contract£40,000 - £50,000 Ibstock Hybrid / Flexi working approach. Overview Are you available for the next few months, ideally until April 2024 I have a 6 month FTC role to support a transition period to a new HR Operating Model as they implement a new HR system, ideally, you will have rewards practice experience. You will joina welcoming, friendly HR Team in a great cultured business.Role and Responsibility

  • Support the delivery of the annual pay award - process management, data sets and driving deadlines.
  • Cost modelling of the pay award budget - to include analysis of NMW, Real Living Wage and associated cost impacts.
  • Bonus management - bonus award costings and process management in the business to ensure data collection to drive the bonus payments.
  • Management of our day-to-day analytics required around pay and benefits - set up and maintenance of our benchmarking data, car allocations and benefits.
  • The candidate should be confident managing a range of stakeholders including senior managers and be able to demonstrate influencing and partnering skills.
  • The role will operate within the People team functions and across all teams to manage people processes around reward and analytics.
Requirements
  • Ideally, you will have knowledge of reward practices.
  • Extensive analytic experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
