Are you an experienced Financial Controller or Finance Manager looking for that route to Finance Director within the next 12 monthsBased in North West Leicestershire, this opportunity is easily commutable from Leicester, Burton on Trent, Tamworth, Loughborough and Nuneaton.You will be a member of the senior management team straight away, reporting into the Finance Director and the board, providing commercial input across the group of companies and multiple sites.You will oversee a team of 2, produce the management accounts with variance analysis and associated commentary, manage budgets and be the lead point of contact for the auditors.You will be a key point of support to the business, heavily involved in various projects and be a proactive problem solver.This is a direct route to a Finance Director role in 12 months, with a great business which is set to grow in the challenging times we are in.What are they looking for
