Job Description

Simplify Recruitment are working with a trusted global provider of payment solutions, hardware, software and services to leading brands across a variety of market sectors on a global scale.Based in Coalville, Leicestershire, the purpose of the role is to support customers with technical knowledge, processing and fault finding of returned products; analysing the customers technical requirements and liaise between the sales team and end customerto ensure that these are being met.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Services / Tech Support:

  • Processing customer returns requests
  • Supporting customers with issues (phone and email)
  • Communicating and working with suppliers / PSPs to find a resolution to issues
  • Provide technical support for operations and sales
Customer Returns:
  • Check appropriate documentation has been completed
  • Triage and analysis of returned devices
  • Processing supplier returns for repairs
  • Software loading of repaired devices
  • Customer specific configuration and testing of software loaded devices
  • Return of customer devices and invoicing
  • Creating and amending POs
  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • WEEE processing for end-of-life devices
Person Requirements
  • To have an enthusiastic interest in Communications and IT technology
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to quickly react in a busy working environment to ensure that our customers requirements are met
  • To be able to work under pressure
  • Flexibility
  • An attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Good analytical skills and a methodical approach
Package and Benefits
  • £21,000 Per Annum
  • The role offers 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.

  • The standard working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
