You will have plenty of responsibility that is uncapped and ready to grow at your own pace. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in aclose, friendly team where you will learn from long standing employees who have been promoted within the business so know the systems inside and out!ROLE: 1st Line Support | Application Support SALARY AND PACKAGE: up to GBP25,000 + pluralsite account for continuous development and learning, fantastic training opportunities, 25 days hol, pension, private healthcare, free parking, flexible working, stand up desks, summer fetes and more!1st Line Support headlines:- Support bespoke applications which are used by high profile customers across the UK- Solve user queries ranging from relaunching applications and password resets to more complex issues relation to connectivity- Investigate system speed issues identifying if the problem is network or software related- Make suggestions to customers internal IT teams on how to fix their network or servers- Contribute to the companys largest project to dateEssentials:- Basic IT experience and an understanding of windows servers (maybe youve got your own home set-up, been exposed to IT through work or studies)- A passion for IT and willingness to learn! - Full UK driving license and car or working towards one- A clean record as you will need to pass a DBS check (its because they work with some interesting / high profile customers)Desirable skills: -Experience with SQL databases (you will be taught)-Knowledge of Active Directory-An awareness of Webservers including IIS 7-Any exposure to networkingThe client provides an excellent working environment with a friendly, collaborative team to learn from.
