Youre at the end of the line. Youre the one that is responsible for inspection, making sure that the finished product is good enough to be sent out to some of the biggest names and brands in the world. Are you up for the challengeWhilst you dont need specific experience within a similar role, the fast-paced nature of this position and business does need you to be coming from a production or manufacturing set-up. Youll be busy, youve got to keep composed and focus on the job athand. If youre not from a high speed, critical turnaround type environment, you may find it difficult to adjust.This is an entry-level role but absolutely vital in this very impressive business. They promote from within. The current General Manager started in this position, experienced every department and is now running the show. The possibility for you to do thesame is real. Its down to you if you want it or not.The business manufacture and ship out packaging labels. Globally. Across so many different sectors. The biggest sector though, by far, is within the alcohol and beverages market. Youll be responsible for making their customers products look the business.So the label has been briefed, its been designed, its been printed and is now sitting in front of you. Youll be working at pace but the role is all about the inspection of the label.Any blemishes Any misprints Something not right Speak now, or forever hold your peace. Once you pack it up, label it up and seal the box, its gone. Youre pretty integral to the whole process and th wider business.Talking of the wider business, Youre part of a much larger family. There are another 200 people within the business. That number plans to be significantly increased by the end of the year. Youre part of a business that is hungry (and thirsty see what wedid there) for growth. In most cases, the idea is to promote internally (if people want the roles) and then recruit from the production floor. This is exactly why these openings are available. Great news!YOU WILL BE WORKING SHIFTS. I know this is a bit shouty, but it needs to be understood this is shift work. Weekly rotation on a triple shift.EARLY - Mon - Thur 6:45am - 2:45pm FRIDAY 6:45am - 11:45amMID - Mon - Thur 2:30pm - 10:15pm FRIDAY 11:30am - 5pmNIGHT - Monday - Thursday 10pm - 7:15amYoure going to be joining a company that has a great culture.
