Chef de Partie/ Sous chef£22,000 - £28,000We are now recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous chef to join our brigade!This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to progress in their career in a fresh food kitchen in stunning surroundings. The restaurant is modern and focusses on flavours from around the world offereing a range of Tapas.Fresh food and high quality dishes are on the menu. As a Chef de Partie you will be expacted to do:

Food preparation.

Work according to health and safety and food safety standards.

Cook dishes to the restaurants high quality standards.

Keep area tidy.

Help train and look after junior chefs
