Sheltered Housing OfficerBristol & North Somerset£20,952 per annumFull Time Permanent What youll be doing

If your answer to these questions is yes, we have an exciting new job opportunity that could be for you.Youll have your own portfolio of Sheltered accommodation schemes where you will complete weekly, monthly and annual housing management activities to ensure the building and environment are of a safe standard and condition for the residents. You will alsohold a small portfolio of customers who you will provide support to remain living independently in a safe environment.The essential housing management tasks you will complete will include fire alarm and panel testing, telecare alarm testing, health and Safety checks and water flushing.More about youA background or experience in the same industry is not essential, we are looking for people who can demonstrategreat communication skills and an eye for detail - full training will be supplied on all technical aspects of the role.Resilience is a key skill and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!This role will involve commuting to Sheltered schemes in the Bristol area, so a driving license with businessinsurance, and access to transport is essential.We will need to take up an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.You will be able to work flexibly, based on our customers needs.What youll get in returnThis is a fantastic role working in a friendly team, youll have a job that makes you feel good about what youre doing - you will make a difference to our customers lives every day.So in return for all your hard work, not only do you get a great salary but we also offer:
