The opportunity - OTE £100k+Clifton Private Finance (www.cliftonpf.co.uk) is looking for experienced senior mortgage advisers to join our Bristol team, dealing mainly with high-value clients and larger mortgages (our average mortgage is £450,000).This is a hybrid role working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. After a successful first 6 months, this would be increased to 2 days working from home.What you should expect to earn:Year 1: In the first 12 months, you should expect your earnings to be between £40k to £50k.Year 2: At the end of the 2nd year, you should expect your earnings to be between £75k and 100k.Year 3: By the end of year 3, you should be expecting to be earning £100k+What we do:Clifton Private Finance is a progressive and dynamic marketing platform and specialist finance brokerage based in Bristol and Cardiff.Using its own website and a portfolio of other sites owned and controlled by the principal company, Fair Investment Company, the company generates and validates new business enquiries that are then dealt with either via our internal broker teams or one ofour external broker partners.Role overview:Focused on some of the most valuable new enquiries received into the business, you will be responsible for providing excellent mortgage & protection advice and service to your clients.Reporting to our Head of Mortgages, you will be part of developing a strong working broker team with excellent working standards and practice.Each day 3 to 4 appointments are booked into your diary by our internal marketing & contact team. Working in the mortgage broker team, you will receive client administration support.Role and Responsibilities:

• Give an excellent mortgage & protection advice experience to all clients
• Working with the Head of Mortgages to empower knowledge share and a positive team atmosphere among brokers and other staff
• Ad hoc meetings with directors to discuss progress and ongoing opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Required - minimum of 5 years of mortgage advice experience
• Previous self-employed experience an advantage
• A proven and successful record in mortgage & protection sales
• Used to working effectively under pressure and to financial targets
• Experience in dealing with HNW clients, and complex income/asset-related scenarios
• Experience working with ex-pats and foreign nationals an advantage
• Experience in offering and delivering excellent client service standards

• Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Holiday: 22 days (plus statutory), increasing to 25 days after 3 full years of service
• Basic Salary: Competitive basic salary
• OTE: Year 1 £45k+, Year2 £75k+, Year 3 £100k+
