Warehouse/Despatch SupervisorClevedon (BS21)Permanent, Full-time position - Mon-Thu 8:15 to 5:15; 8:30 to 1pm on Friday£32,000 per annumWe’re currently looking for a Stores/Despatch Supervisor to join a British Manufacturing Company who supply their products globally! What will you do

Be responsible for 4 staff members in two locations, potentially other production staff members may flex depending on demand
Train and mentor your team members, ensuring the staff wellbeing is maintained
Manage unloading goods delivered and mover them to their designated location
Manage computerised stock control system and record all movements of the goods
Take charge of the final inspection procedures and despatch of finished goods

What skills and experience will the Warehouse/Despatch need

Previous demonstrable experience in team leading or supervision in a Stores/Warehouse/Despatch environment
A Team player who can work accurately under tight deadlines whilst paying attention to detail, who takes pride in their work and has a positive attitude
Ability to work towards KPI’s and deadlines
Microsoft Excel Skills, IT literate
FLT Licence
