Job Description

Change Recruitment are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for the UK division of an international business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential of going permanent.This role hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with its office currently based in Clevedon but they will be moving its offices to Stoke Gifford in Bristol in June 2024.Duties for this role include:

Sales Ledger - Raising manual invoices, raising customer statements, cash allocation, debt chasing as required, Direct Debit management
Purchase Ledger - Entry and payment of supplier invoices, cashbook and payment posting, supplier statement reconciliations, supplier query resolutions, employee expenses
Monthly bank reconciliations
Assisting with stock counts and reconciliations and managing inventory adjustments

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a finance role and ideally (but not required) experience using SAP and MS Excel.
