Job Description

Care Quality Assessor & Compliance Administrator

  • £24,000 Salary + Phone + Laptop
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:30 am till 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch) Monday - Friday
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential
  • Pool car available for travel during office hours
Clevedon, North Somerset (Commutable from: Bristol, Portishead, Pill, Clevedon, Nailsea & Backwell, Weston-Super-Mare, Long Ashton)Are you an Administrator or similar looking for a local, stable full-time role offering training and personal developmentThis is a highly varied role where you will spend about 50% of your time in the office auditing carer notes and records. The other 50% of your time will be spent travelling in North Somerset to meet service users and families, to produce care plans for new clients.Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for live-in care, complex care, and learning disabilities support and domiciliary care.This role would suit an experienced Administrator or Care Quality Assessor who is comfortable getting out onto the road to meet clients and families in the North Somerset area.THE ROLE
  • Regularly meet with clients, families, medical professionals, and Commissioning Authorities to prepare and amend care plans for the elderly and vulnerable.
  • Conduct monthly checks and quality audits on Carer Notes and client files ensuring all is well organised.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments on new and existing care packages (training available)
THE PERSON
  • This is an office-based role but will require travelling throughout the North Somerset area during your contracted hours.
  • Background in care or administration or both
