We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.We are currently looking for Residential Support Workers who can work in various services across Stourbridge within an organisation who specialise in providing residential support for students who attend their education facilities. We require candidates whohave a passion and drive to support those who use the service in achieving their goals and help promote independence. The candidate would need a good understanding of working with learning disabilities and complex needs. Restraint training is desirable forthis role, as some areas with this service support those with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of and experience working with mental health/learning disabilities, and autism, be flexible, calm, reliable and hardworking. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not essential. Benefits of registering with BS Social Care."
