Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a multi skilled Accounts Administrator to work for a successful construction/insurance company based near Bromsgrove.The purpose of the role is to undertake all day to day accounts aswell as offering full support to the accounts managerMain duties to include:

  • Purchase, Sales and Nominal ledger
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Working with insurance policy paperwork
  • Coding and Invoice management
  • Handle any phone or email enquiries
  • Operating Quickbooks and cashflow computer systems
  • All adhoc admin duties
The right candidate must
  • Hold relevant accounts experience
  • Experience working within Insurance would be advantegeous
  • Have an professional eye for detail
  • Computer literate
  • Multi tasker
  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • Excellent communicator
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmSalary £23,000 - £24,000Immediate start for the right person
