Job Description

Our client is a growing software logistics provider connecting customers with the leading shipping providers across the world. They are expanding rapidly through global investment and are looking to add a Sales Supervisor to their central team. The SalesSupervisor will manage a team of sales admin staff and manage customer accounts. As Sales Supervisor you will support the central sales team across their day to day duties and their development in the business. You will support customers from initial on boarding to quotations to ensuring all accounts are compliant and in regard to any queries.The role will work tight shipping deadlines so clients need to be supported to ensure their products are processed at the correct pricing and able to meet the shipping deadlines. The Sales Supervisor will also support across general reporting and KPI managementas well complaints resolutions. The right candidate will have experience in a supervisory or management position ideally within a sales or account management based position. Experience in a logistics based environment would be an advantage and the right person must have a strong customerservice background. The right person will be commercially minded; able to use their initiative and be an excellent communicator.
