Job Title: Level 3 Learning Support AssistantLocation: Esher, SurreySchool: Primary SchoolContract Type: Full-time, Monday to FridaySalary: £90-£100 per dayStart Date: ASAPAre you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Learning Support Assistant seeking a new opportunity in EsherAre you passionate about making a positive impact on childrens educational journeys We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Esher.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
  • Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
  • Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
  • In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
  • A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
