We are a professional dog walking service, seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who would like to develop a self-employed professional career working with dogs. We are looking for a walker that can treat the dogs with love, care and respect.Our ideal candidate will have experience of owning their own dog/family dog or handling dogs. If you possess enthusiasm for an active job involving working outside with animals then this could be the job for you.You will be required to work for a minimum of one year, Monday to Friday, initially part time but with the potential to work full time hours. The role involves collecting and then walking 4 dogs max per group. All of our dogs are well socialised and friendly,as well as belonging to the most wonderful clients. Alongside dog walking, we would require the candidate to participate in house sitting for our regular clients while they are away.You must posses a full UK driving licence and be a responsible and competent driver as the dogs safety is paramount. You will need to provide your own suitable vehicle in which to collect and transport the dogs. You will also need to be willing to provide/undertakea DBS check.The role will require working in all weathers, you must expect to have days with lots of rain and mud as well as getting to enjoy a summer working outside. Aside from ensuring the dogs are cared for to a very high standard, you should expect to build a goodrelationship with all clients. The ideal candidate will live within a reasonable distance of Claygate/Esher/Cobham and must be over the age of 21.
