Job Description

Office Manager - ConstructionLocation:Clavering, EssexSalary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annumStart Date: ASAPJob Type: Permanent, Full-timeHunter Mason Consulting are looking for an experienced Office Manager for an amazing client. The Office Manager will be required to oversee the daily operations of their office, responsible for managing payroll, subcontractors, VAT returns, finances, andhave experience in construction. You will also be responsible for managing the office and ensuring that it runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Manage the office and ensure that it runs smoothly
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Manage office budgets and expenses
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Pay invoices
  • Finances
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally in construction
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of payroll
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
