External AdvertChef -Yarls Wood Immigration Removal CentreTwinwoods Business Park, Milton Ernest MK44 2FQHoursFull time 40 hoursSalary£ 22,464 + Company BenefitsHere at Serco, we are recruiting for a Chef to join our team at Yarls Wood Immigration Removal Centre.This is a key position where you will act as a role model to colleagues, managers, visitors and stakeholders by assisting the Catering Manager in the delivery of catering services to the establishment whilst ensuring Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulationsare strictly observed and controlled. You will prepare and cook varied and healthy menus for detainees to include special diets, special day and religious events and perform random Quality Checks on serveries.As Chef you will provide hospitality requirements when ordered by the company and ensure the security and food safety of all foodstuffs are maintained during delivery, storage and distribution. You will complete incident reports, intelligence reports, Useof Force paperwork and accident reports.What do you need to do in the roleThis role requires good oral and written communication skills and also large-scale catering experience.
