Job Description

Future Talent Learning is an e-learning business that breaks the mould in terms of learning quality for future leaders at FTSE 100 companies. 2020 has seen unprecedented demand for our services and has created an opening for an experienced account manager capable of introducing new customers to our service and extending those relationships to generate repeat business.This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a new team and to make a real impact as one of our early hires. You do not need to come from a learning or education environment but must understand what great customer service looks like.Role Description

  • Transition client from sales lead into happy Future Talent customer by guiding them through the funding and onboarding process and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Absorb complex information; interpret and explain to customers.
  • Help run webinars to explain programme, encourage learners to join programme and explain onboarding process.
  • Work with Programme Executive to coordinate production of bespoke communications materials for learners.
  • Collate feedback from coaches and keep client up to date on learner progress. Keep learning team up to date with client concerns and take personal responsibility for resolving issues.
  • Discussing client needs and potential solutions credibly and consultatively.
  • Work with Programme Executive to deliver statistical information and detailed reports for clients that demonstrate effectiveness of programme.
  • Ongoing dialogue with client to prevent escalation of issues.
  • Contributing to strategic client reviews but running monthly operational client reviews independently.
  • Ensuring that SLAs/KPIs are met across the client team.
  • Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a client facing account management/executive role.
  • Proven experience of managing and developing relationships with budget-holders, identifying revenue opportunities and growing accounts.
  • The ability to translate complex information into lay terms.
  • Knowing how to challenge sensitively, diplomatically, and effectively - both with clients and colleagues.
  • The interpersonal skills necessary to take responsibility for and facilitate the work of other individuals and groups.
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to exercise autonomy and initiative in professional activities.
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable running Zoom/Teams meetings.
  • In returnSalary offered will be commensurate with your experience. We also offer 25 days holiday, 3 additional holiday days between Christmas and New Year, standard pension contribution, plus the opportunity to work from home for a large part of the role.
