Job Description

Fintelligent is recruiting an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join one of the fastest-growing car finance companies in the heart of Manchester City Centre. You will be working in luxury offices with free breakfast daily, along with an attractive salary and benefits package.They have a 4.8* rating on Trust Pilot due to their amazing service and aftercare. Depending on experience, the salary for this role ranges between £21,000 - £25,000 plus a 10% annual bonus.If you were already in this Customer Service Advisor role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting existing customers with any enquiries they have
  • Changing account details - updating bank details, addresses, and payment dates
  • Handling complaints
  • Setting up repayment arrangements
