Job Description

Credit Controller / Manchester City Centre / Permanent / Salary £25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Much More. / Property Sector Experience DesirableA market leading property business based in Manchester are looking to recruit a Credit Controller. The purpose of the position will be to assist the credit control team in the collection of outstanding monies and maintain the cash-flow of the business. Thisis a great opportunity to develop your skills within a centre of excellence.Reporting into the Credit Control Manager the duties will include:Developing and maintaining relationships with large international clientsDuties

  • Chase outstanding debt via email, phone, letter
  • Managing a portfolio of over 500 accounts
  • Handling all client enquiries and escalating them internally when applicable
  • Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
  • Working with the property managers to resolve any credit issues
  • Monitor Receivables activities
  • Forward copy invoices and statements as requested to clients
  • Building strong relationships with all customer to ensure excellent customer service and continued business.
  • Identifying problematic accounts
To be successful in your application you MUST have the following experienceExperience Required
  • Previous experience as a Credit Controller ideally working within the property sector
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good Excel skills V Lookups & Pivot Tables
