Credit Control Manager (Property Sector) / Manchester City Centre / Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Much More / Permanent Role / Great OpportunityNC Associates are working with a rapidly expanding property management organisation based in central Manchester to help recruit a Credit Control Manager. The business has seen huge growth over the past 12 months and with this are expanding the finance functionespecially within Credit Control. They require a hands on Credit Control Manager who has a strong background within management as well as extensive experience of working within the property sector. This role will work closely with the senior management teamand help drive profits within the business.Duties Management of the credit control team, with regular 1-2-1s and appraisals Liaising internally with sales and finance teams internally to help minimise overdue debt. Involvement in the collection of debts for escalated accounts where necessary Building and maintaining solid customer relationships are built and maintained Reviews of aged debt reports and unallocated cash; conducting ledger reviews and ensuring appropriate actions are taken. KPI setting and tracking Overseeing the credit limits and terms set for customers, ensuring credit worthiness. Assist in developing the credit management policies and procedures to minimise risk.Essential Experience Required Experience of managing a transactional finance team at high volume and with complexities Experience in the property sector is highly beneficial and will be prioritised Minimum 5 years experience of working in a similar role Strong management skills with a track record of improving performance Advanced Excel skillsincluding experience of creating and using Pivot Tables and V-Lookups Experience of using Qube property system desirable but not essentialWhats on OfferThis is a really good opportunity to work for a growing business which can help develop you further as well as offering a very attractive salary and benefits package.
