Job Description

Fintelligent is seekinga skilled and dedicated Collections Advisor to join our clients inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time collections role is based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and offers a basic salary of up to £26,000 DOE with a 10% annual bonus, along withmany excellent benefits, including hybrid working.As an attentive Collections Advisor, you will work for a company that is one of the top 100 companies as voted in 2020 and 2021. This isan excellent opportunity to join a company that values its people and has the best benefits.If you were already in this Collections Advisor role, here are some areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
  • Showing empathy to vulnerable customers and setting up repayment arrangements
  • Adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the company and its regulators (FCA/ICO/FLA)
  • Completing general administration duties
To apply for this collections job, you will need experience working in collections (late or early arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor or similar. You will also require excellent customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people.In addition, you should be experienced working within a regulated background.In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a basic salary of £22k-£26k DOE with a 10% annual bonus and the following benefits:
