Job Description

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK/ MANCHESTER/ £15 PER HOUR/ TEMP/ CAREER DEVELOPMENT/ FREE PARKINGNC Associates have an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk with a national manufacturing company based in the city centre. This is a fantastic position for any finance professional looking to grow and develop within their career. This rolehas come about due to internal promotions.Reporting into the accounts payable manager your duties will include -

  • Reviewing invoices.
  • Assisting with the on-boarding of new vendors, including bank detail verifications.
  • Entering credit card statements and expenses onto the system.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Monitoring aged credit.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Processing daily and weekly payments.
  • Checking invoices uploaded and approved.
  • Dealing with queries.
